The Living Archive is an immersive two-part fashion show & experiential event exhibition celebrating regenerative design, cultural heritage, textile repair, and community connection. This event brings together local makers and designers to transform textiles, heirloom fabrics, and reclaimed materials into wearable art — all while fostering meaningful connection between designers, repair hubs, and the local fashion community.Â
Â
This event’s theme, Before It Was Mine, explores the history of a fabric, a technique, or a silhouette–the lives a material has lived. Who made this possible? What do we inherit, and what are we choosing to carry forward?
