The program begins with a screening of Ben Weiland’s luscious Bering Sea surf movie, Island X, followed by an engaging conversation exploring cold-water surfing, storytelling, and Hawk's debut novel, Nearshore. The evening concludes with a book signing, allowing guests to meet Steve and have their copy of Nearshore signed.
